MY Why

 I decided to build this website as a sort of encyclopedia for all the knowledge I've gained over the years. I've had friends, family, and colleagues ask me questions and I find myself having to repeat the answers over and over. So to make my life easier, I've decided to compile everything I know about fitness onto this website. It's not just fitness though, it's an attitude, a choice, and a lifestyle. I've also spent a considerable amount of time articulating my mental frameworks that help me to function the way I do and maybe they can also work for you! So this website will be fitness tips and tricks, motivation, lifestyle, as well as productivity articles from yours truly. No need to make my mistakes. Hopefully, you can learn from them and save some time.
